Plain labels
Many clocks sold online as "Black Forest" are made somewhere else. Ours are made in Germany by named makers. Each listing gives the movement (quartz, 1-day or 8-day), the music, the night shut-off and the dimensions, and says "VdS certified" only when the maker lists the certificate.
Packed for a fragile object
Two boxes, with the pendulum and the weights wrapped separately. Arrived broken? Send photos within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you.
