Every Cuckoo Chalet order ships with tracking.
Where to find your tracking number
When your order ships (within 1 to 2 business days of payment), we send a shipping confirmation email to the address you used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a link to follow your package on the carrier's website. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in to see your orders and their status.
Can't find the email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Cuckoo Chalet.
- Make sure 1 to 2 business days have passed since you ordered. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are prepared the next business day.
- Still nothing? Email us at contact@cuckoochalet.com with your order number.
If something goes wrong

Arrived broken: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the clock, and keep the packaging.

Marked as delivered but not received: check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then email us within 7 days.

No tracking update for 7 business days: email us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
